• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• If odds change before a match begins, fswin reserves the right to apply the revised odds.
• Bets placed on erroneous odds will be considered void.
• Fswin is not responsible for missed bets due to connectivity issues during live betting.
• Fswin reserves the right to void conflicting bets placed on the same outcome in the same match.

All fswin games are verified for fairness through third-party RNG audits. Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with support within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fswin. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity against the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using fswin for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users.
• Filing false claims or chargebacks against fswin.
